  • Emily is the current champion of the Knik 100. Emily and team will run the 2024 Knik 100 in December. This is the race that kicks off the season for our team. It is a two day, 50 mile stage event for a total of 100 miles. Emily won the 2025 Knik 100 and her brother Stanley was the youngest musher to ever run the race and he placed 3rd!

  • Emily is the current champion of the Knik 200 and the first woman to win! She will be going back in January to defend her title against some of the best teams in racing. This race is 100 miles with a 6 hour checkpoint and then another 100 mile run. It will be a great set up for the Kusko 300. Emily won the Knik 200 in 2025 becoming the first woman to win the race twice! Her dad Wally ran it with the young dogs and finished 6th.

  • Emily is entered to race the 46th annual Kuskokwim 300! This race will be her biggest challenge yet as Emily her team have never raced 300 miles. The race is in Bethel, AK so it will be on a trail the team has never run. The goal this year is to finish the race with a healthy dog team. The top mushers in the state will be pulling out all the stops to try to catch Pete Kaiser the current champion.

"the Kuskokwim 300 is the premier middle distance sled dog race in the world, spanning 300 miles of traditional trails along the Kuskokwim River, from Bethel, Alaska to to Aniak, AK and back"

  • Emily won the Willow Jr 100 in 2023 and 2024. Stanley was 5th in 2023 and 2nd right behind Emily in 2024!

A fun, family centered race for youth ages 12-17. The Willow Jr is the first checkpoint race most Jr mushers run. It is a 100 miles of challenges that they face alone with their dog teams and other young competitors. This year will be Emily's last Willow Jr and Stanleys third race.

  • Emily won in 2022, 2023, and 2024 and she has one last chance to defend her title!

The Jr Iditarod is the most challenging race in Alaska for youth ages 14-17. The trail is 75 miles long, the contestants all camp in a checkpoint for 10 hours, then run 75 miles back. Emily will be running her last Jr Iditarod this year. She has won the past three races tying a 40 year record. Can she win a 4th?
